For realtors

Sound natural on every market update and city video

Scriptfox follows your voice through market updates, studio-style videos about your area, and voiceovers narrated over your listing footage — so you sound natural and you're not reshooting every take.

Real estate runs on video now — but not every video needs the same tool. Where a teleprompter actually shines is your studio-style content: market updates, videos about your city, to-camera advice, and voiceovers over listing footage you've already shot. Those are exactly the moments where reading off a fixed-scroll prompter makes you sound stiff and robotic.

How Scriptfox helps

Built for studio-style videos

Market updates, videos about your city, to-camera advice — the prompter follows your pace so you sound like a trusted advisor, not a recital.

Perfect for voiceovers

Narrate over a finished listing walkthrough or a market recap — read your script naturally while Scriptfox follows your voice, no fixed scroll forcing your cadence.

Recognizes real-estate terms

Add neighborhoods, MLS terms, and price points to custom vocabulary so the tracking follows your market talk cleanly.

More content, fewer takes

Hands-free 'Hey Fox' control lets you batch a market update, a city video, and a voiceover in one session without a producer.

Call Mode for client video calls

Reading off a screen has no place on a walking tour — but for seated Zoom listing presentations and buyer consultations, Call Mode floats your talking points in a translucent overlay under your webcam so you stay on-message looking right at the client.

AI writing partner for your scripts

Draft and sharpen market updates, city videos, and listing voiceovers with a co-writer that sees your whole script — one click to apply each edit.

From the founder
My whole journey started with a book called 'Real Estate for Dummies' in college, and I spent 10 years as a realtor — the back half of it learning to make videos about my city and why people should move there. That's where I cut my teeth on camera, back when I was reading scripts off a mirror and re-shooting take after take. I built Scriptfox so realtors can record market updates and city videos — and voiceovers over their listing footage — that actually sound like them.

Frequently asked questions

Can realtors use a teleprompter for listing tours?

Honestly, not for walking tours — and we'd rather tell you straight. When you're walking a property on camera, your eyes and hands are on the home, not a screen, so a teleprompter gets in the way. Where Scriptfox shines for realtors is studio-style video: market updates, videos about your city, and voiceovers narrated over listing footage you've already shot. For those, it's perfect.

What real estate videos is Scriptfox best for?

Market updates, studio-style videos where you're talking about your city or market, to-camera advice, and voiceovers narrated over a finished listing video. Anywhere you're reading a prepared script to camera or over footage, Scriptfox follows your voice so it sounds natural. For a live walking listing tour, a teleprompter isn't the right tool.

Will it recognize neighborhood names and real-estate terms?

Yes. Add neighborhoods, MLS terminology, and price points to Scriptfox's custom vocabulary, and run a quick calibration, so the voice tracking follows your market talk instead of losing your place on an unfamiliar word.

Read your script. Don't fight your teleprompter.
