How do refunds work?

Prompter, Pro and Team have a 30-day money-back guarantee: email support@getscriptfox.com within 30 days of the charge (the first payment or a renewal) and it's refunded to the original payment method. Refunds aren't self-serve in the app. Cancelling on its own doesn't refund; it stops the next charge. A plan bought inside the phone app is refunded by that store (Google Play or Apple) under its own rules.
