Floating Mode and Call Mode (reading over Zoom, Teams, or Meet)

In the prompter, the float button in the bottom toolbar opens the prompter in a small always-on-top window you can drag under your webcam. It needs Chrome or Edge (Document Picture-in-Picture); the button is hidden on Safari, Firefox, and iPad. Hover the window to reveal its controls (mode tabs, Start/Pause, Restart, Record, Takes, Settings, "Close float"); keyboard shortcuts work there too, and it keeps its own settings.

Call Mode (Pro and Team): the float opens translucent so you can see the call through it, and its Settings drawer adds "Overlay opacity" (20–100%). Free gets the opaque floating window. Voice: "Hey Fox, open call mode" or "float the prompter".

In the Windows desktop app the same button opens a native transparent, click-through overlay instead (with a "Click-through: on/off" toggle in its hover bar).

Still stuck?

Two ways to a person. Both are read by Tyler, who built ScriptFox.

Fox is the chat bubble at the bottom right of every page once you are signed in. It answers from these same pages and hands you to a person when it can't.
