How to share scripts with my team (the Team library)

Owners and editors: open a script's three-dot menu on the dashboard → "Share to [team name]". The script moves into the shared library, which every member sees under "Team library" in the sidebar. "Move to my scripts" takes it back. Creating a new script while viewing the Team library puts it there directly. Viewers can open and read shared scripts but not move them.
