How to turn voice commands on or off

Account menu → "Settings" → "Voice commands" → toggle "Enable voice commands". Off means no wake word, no Fox orb, and the mic doesn't open by itself in the prompter (Voice-mode tracking still works once you press Start). The same section lists example commands under "Try saying".
