What is ScriptFox and where do I find things?

ScriptFox is a voice-tracking teleprompter: in Voice mode the script scrolls to match how you actually read, holds when you pause or ad-lib, and picks you back up when you return to the text.

The main pages (left sidebar):

  • "Scripts": your library (the dashboard). "+ New script" is top right.
  • "Voice recordings": the takes you confirmed in the prompter.
  • "Studio": your screen and webcam recordings, edited in the Windows desktop app.
  • "Analytics": your delivery stats and, with YouTube linked, your videos side by side.
  • "Library": Starred scripts and your folders.

The account menu (your avatar, bottom left) has "Setup wizard", "Profile", "Settings", "Plan & billing" ("Upgrade" while you're on Free), "Affiliate dashboard", "Desktop app", "Help & shortcuts", and "Sign out".

Click a script to edit it; click "Start" at the right end of the editor's toolbar (or "Start" on a script row) to read it.

Checked against the app on October 15, 2026.

Still stuck?

Two ways to a person. Both are read by Tyler, who built ScriptFox.

Fox is the chat bubble at the bottom right of every page once you are signed in. It answers from these same pages and hands you to a person when it can't.
