Why does my analytics show the whole script as one section?

Sections come from tagged markers. A marker line ("## ") only becomes a section boundary when it has a type: Hook, Intro, Main Point, Card Mention, Hook Callback, Sponsor, CTA, or Outro. No markers gives "Whole script"; untagged markers give "Whole script (untagged)".

Fix: in the editor, put the cursor on each marker line and pick its "Tag type" in the toolbar, or click "Tag with AI" and apply the proposals. Tag the first heading of each beat; extra headings inside it stay sub-headings.
