"Mic error" or the prompter can't hear me

1. 1Allow the microphone for getscriptfox.com in your browser (the lock icon in the address bar → Microphone → Allow), then reload.
2. 2Check the right input is selected in your system sound settings and that another app isn't holding the mic.
3. 3"Disconnected" or "Deepgram refused the connection": a network drop. Press V twice (Pace, then Voice) to reconnect, or reload.
4. 4"Daily limit reached": the anti-abuse cap on mic starts (500 a day) was hit; it resets at midnight UTC. Tell me if that happened in normal use.

The status chip at the top of the prompter shows "Connecting…", "Listening", or the error text.
