My webcam is out of sync with the screen recording

Right-click the webcam clip → "Unlink webcam — drag it left/right to fix sync", slide it until lips match, and drop. The offset is remembered for this computer and applied to future recordings; "Reset webcam sync" clears it. If you record with OBS or another capture app as the source, check that app's own sync first.
