The "Studio" page says it lives in the desktop app

Sidebar → "Studio" is the library of screen and webcam recordings and edits made with the Windows desktop app. In a browser it can only tell you that; recording and editing happen on your computer. Get the app from the account menu → "Desktop app". Inside the app, the same page has "Screen Capture & Record" and "New Edit", and you double-click a card to open it in the Studio editor.
